So why is it so hard to love ourselves? Are we feeding our head with what others think of us? Have we been programmed to think a certain way about how things should be for ourselves? Do you find that there is an inner conflict between your inner heart DREAMS to what you’re surrounding yourself with what makes you HAPPY?  Let’s explore that together in this four week workshop on creating more LOVE for ourselves. All Workshops are Non-Refundable and must be taken on a laptop or desktop. A four week class ticket must be used consecutively.  If you are not able to attend a class in person, you will recieve a Zoom link within 24 hours so you can watch the recorded Zoom on your own time and never miss a class!
