Rebirthing breath work

Class Times: April 29th 9:30am - 12:30pm and April 29th 2pm -  5pm.       

 Come join Hardy who is a certified specialist on the divine energy of breath work. Featured classes all over the world, Hardy is coming to the garden art studio in Mineola to create his one-of-a-kind workshop in a small intimate setting!  This study of breath work is also known as clarity Breath work which is spiritual therapy technique that promotes joy and peace. It is often used to access the unconscious mind of people’s deepest thoughts and desires, and help them heal from traumatic experiences or help uncover unconscious negative memories. The goal of rebirthing breath work session is to help you build emotional strength and move forward with your life! A perfect way to start the new year!  Space is very limited. All participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket!

Class Price is $111 per class. A deposit towards the class will save your spot and be available to buy below.  You can pay the rest in cash on the day of the event.
